Established in 1967, The Dolphin Sea Restaurant has been a culinary staple in
Jerusalem for over 50 years. Renowned for its exquisite seafood, the restaurant
also offers meat dishes, pasta, and daily specials, ensuring a diverse and
indulgent experience for guests.

The menu is a testament to the experience and knowledge gained over the years,
featuring a blend of fresh ingredients and classic dishes that have been a part of
the restaurant’s identity since its inception, as well as contemporary, stylish
options.
A rich cocktail bar and an impressive wine collection, featuring aged wines,
further enhance the dining experience.
Located in the heart of the city, the restaurant’s recent redesign with a Jerusalem
focus creates a magical atmosphere for an unforgettable culinary journey.
For intimate events or groups of up to 60 people, a separate floor is available.
The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 23:00, with a business menu served
from 12:00 to 17:00 on Sundays to Thursdays (excluding holidays).

The service and food were great but was our first meal in Israel and set the bar high for the rest of the week. The fish was amazing and the service great. We had good wines and a wonderful waitress.

Wonderful meal here in their covered outdoor patio, heated if necessary. Staff was friendly and attentive and food was excellent. I REALLY enjoyed my seafood carpaccio which was beautifullly plated and extremely tasty, Their bread was light, airy and had just the right ratio of salt on the crust and was served with a tomato bruschetta. My wife's fire-roasted eggplant with tahini, pine nuts and olive oil inspired her (she dug it!) and our entrees were outstanding. We had shrimp in garlic and sea bass entrees, both of which were outstanding. The chocolate dessert was excellent as well. All in all, an amazing Jerusalem dinner

Best meal that I had in Israel. This was by far the best meal that I had in Israel and I would gladly return to this restaurant. The seafood menu is extensive and everything was delicious. The serve was very quick; especially for a group of 16.

We were two for lunch. We have not visited Dolphin Yam for three years, since we were pretty disappointed during our last visit, but decided to try it again. And, believe me, the place has changed. It is a real gem now. The restaurant is renovated, the service is outstanding, and the dishes are so tasty and fresh. We were happy to be there. I wholeheartedly recommend Dolphin Yam.
